Project: 280 St. Marks Aveue

Location: 280 St. Marks Avenue, Brooklyn, NY

 

 

Completed building. 

 

In November 2014, DNA Development, an affiliate of wildedge, closed on the purchase of 280 St. Marks Avenue in Brooklyn. 

 

In June 2015, DNA Development completed the demolition of the existing building and received approval to build a new 32 unit residential building.

 

 

In August 2015, DNA began excavation work at the site.

 

 

In December 2015, DNA finished its foundation work and began forming the ground floor.
