In April 2014, affiliates of Wildedge and Phasa Development closed on the purchase of 343 6th Avenue in Brooklyn. We renovated and upgraded the 8-unit rental building and converted it into 5 family sized luxury condominiums comprised of three (3) full floor units and two (2) duplex units. The building is located on a prime corner at 6th Avenue and 4th Street in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn and is 2 blocks from Prospect Park.

 In October 2016, 343 6th Avenue went on the market and units sold out in the spring of 2017.
