In June 2016, DNA Development, an affiliate of wildedge, closed on the purchase of two adjacent buildings on a landmarked block on Manhattan's historic upper west side. The buildings will undergo significant renovation which will result in the creation of 38 luxury condominiums on a quiet and beautiful cul de sac block in the PS 199 school district.
