In 2011, Wildedge provided buy-side acquisition advisory services to Chesapeake Lodging Trust, a former publicly traded REIT, on its acquisition of the newly constructed 122 room Holiday Inn located in the Herald Square sub-market of New York City on 31st Street between Fifth Avenue & Broadway. Wildedge also coordinated directly with the developers and their representatives to ensure that Chesapeake received all of the requisite materials and approvals so they could complete their acquisition before the end of the 2011 calendar year.
