In 2005, Wildedge worked with the developers on the acquisition & assembly of adjacent parcels that make up the development site as well as coordinated due diligence and the initial pre-development of this ground up hotel project. Wildedge also managed the process for the selection of design architect Carlos Zapata, interior designer Antonio Citterio & Partners, and executive architects Perkins | Eastman.
